Mr. Kapoor is a seasoned techno-financial professional with over 48 years of experience in the corporate and financial sectors. He has spent more than 20 years at IFCI Limited, a premier financial institution, where he held various roles in project financing. During his tenure, he handled a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors such as steel, cement, chemicals, textiles, sugar/co-generation/ethanol, oil, and infrastructure.
He also served for five years as Managing Director of IFCI Factors Limited, a subsidiary of IFCI Limited engaged in factoring and short-term receivables financing.
He does not hold any directorship or full-time position in any other Body Corporates.
